I have two clarifications
> "from traffic control" is defined through signalIL@isWired
> (defined as is Central Controlled)
signalIL@isWired is just related electrical wiring.
"from traffic control" means really the command is initiated from a
(central) traffic controller.

> "by optical means" is defined through signalConstruction@type=light
"by optical means" is not necessarily a light signal. It can also be a
marker board (although it does not contain the explicite command
content). It shall be anything the driver can see outside at the track.
