Dear Dominik,

thank you very much for your message. You are right: the missing anchor point for the visualization model is a defect in the railML 3.2 beta2, which will be corrected with the next beta version. The <visualizations> sub schema shall be a child element in <railML> as described in the Git issue #370 [1]. This defect is already documented in Git issue #447 [2].
