Dear all,

the split for class and category to define capabilities of rolling stock was
just to have the opportunity to have variants of both, e.g. wheelchair places in
first or second class. If no class is defined for a category like sleeper the
attribute @class can be omitted.

Die Trennung zwischen Klassen und Kategorien für die Beschreibung der
Fahrzeugeigenschaften für Passagiere folgte genau dem Gedanken, beides
unabhängig voneinander festzulegen, z.B. Rollstuhlplätze in der 1. bzw. 2.
Klasse. Falls jedoch für Kategorien wie Schlafwagenplatz keine Klasse definiert
ist, kann man sie auch weglassen.
