Hello everyone,

in the meantime we could solve the problem by updating our XML
development tool. Therefore, we do not see any urgency in modifying the
already published XSD schemas, especially since we would otherwise have
to adjust the release number(s) also in our documentation. Nevertheless,
the new URL (https) should be used in future releases.
