Hi Torben,

a value for the general floor height didn't seem necessary yet. So if you have a
particular purpose in mind do not hesitate to name it.

The height of entrance is intended for "compatibility" to platform heights of a
line. In case of modern EMU/DMU this is often the general height inside except
there are ramps or steps inside.

The (inner) height of gangway is intended to give information about the inner
size of the passage between vehicles. If you look for "compatibility" to other
vehicles than this is given with the "position" and "designType" attributes.
