Hello all,

I agree that the description and the example should be the same.
However, the term operational is used in different elements and I do not
see that it is always used to specify an attribute that is associated
with the train operator instead of the infrastructure manager.

The attribute was introduce in 2.2 in TRAC ticket #140
(https://trac.railml.org/ticket/140) and the description there says it
is used for a 'bestellter Betriebshalt' which translates to 'ordered
operational stop'. The corresponding change to the xsd shows the
following annotation: 'the stop is requested by the infrastructure manager'
I would interpret this to mean 'true = ordered by IM' and thus without a
change to the XSD an update of the wiki example would be necessary to
show a correct example.

Best regards,

Philip Wobst
