Hallo,

I wonder if there is no XML-Scheme defined for incidents in general like
for insurance companies or so. Since many incidents don't restrict on only
one part (e.g. if there is an accident the rollingstock and the timetable
may be involved too) it might be usefull to work with an incident that
only has references to the concerned parts of the infrastructure and to
the other schemes if relevant? So we could use the work done before by
specialists for incidents and cover information not only for the
infrastructure element but also on the gravitiy of the incident and its
consequences (injured persons, costs, ...).
