Yes.

Das Protokoll wurde an alle damaligen Teilnehmer versandt, ich sende
Ihnen per PM eine Kopie.
The protocol was sent to all participiants of the Zurich-meeting and
will be published on the railml.org-webside with the next change (in
october/november, I afraid).

No. Responisble coordinator for the timetable scheme is Mr. Joachim
Rubröder from SMA+Partner AG in Zurich/Switzerland.

So may I suggest, that you will get in contact with Mr. Rubröder first
and discuss the changes. After this, you both should send a conclusion
tho this board.
