Hi

I'm writing an import filter in RailML as part of my diploma theses and here the following question came up:

What is the meaning of the attributes meanDelay and meanDelayDeparture for <entry> or what is the reason they are in the scheme?

If you do have planned data <train type=planned> you won't have this information available.
If you do have actual data (measured) you need this data day-by-day and had to define a new<train> for each day.
So I can't think about a case where these attributes would be helpful

or where I'm wrong?

Thanks, Lukas
