Dear all,

in ticket #345 (https://trac.railml.org/ticket/345) was the need for defining
the signal lamps installed and used described.

I have developed an idea how to model the signal lamps in relation to the signal
aspects and to the signals as shown in attached file. The new element signalLamp
shall be in parallel to the signalAspect, i.e. under
specificInfrastructureManager and genericTypes.

Do you have any comments for this draft?
