Where does the data of each balise is stored?

I couldn't find anything in the schema file.

In the actual development version of the schema (version 1.00 release
candidate 1), you can find the container <balises> as a child of
<ocsElements>. You can find this version here:
http://www.railml.org/genesis/infrastructure/index.html

Or do you mean some other balise-specific data?
