Dear all,

there has been no further feedback regarding the need of this attribute in railML 2.4. The description needs to be removed from the wiki on the following pages:
https://wiki.railml.org/index.php?title=TT:Midnight_overrun
https://wiki.railml.org/index.php?title=TT:operatingPeriod
https://wiki.railml.org/index.php?title=TT:times

Best regards,

Philip Wobst
