Instead of the abbreviations 'UA' and 'UE' that are derived from the
German terms "Übergangsbogenanfang" and "Übergangasbogenende", it is
suggested to use the English driven abbreviations 'TS' (Tangent -
Spiral) and 'SC' (Spiral - Curve).
