After a short discussion with The Lady Of General RailML, Mrs. Susanne
Wunsch, yesterday, we would prefer 'vehicleCounter' and
'vehicleGroupCounter'.

'vehiclNumber' is not preferred since it can be mixed with the actual
vehicle (register) number such as '460 001-3'.
