The documentation is not clear. I hope that Joachim will give us an answer
soon. arrivalDay sounds
more that the start is on day 1, otherwise arrivalDayOffset was a better
name for the attribute.

Personally I would prefer an offset (train starts at day 0).

I think it was correct to repeat it again and again. But an importing
application should have the
intelligence to handle it correct even if it is not repeated.
