Dear Christian,

there is one small change necessary with RailML 2.2:

The attribute <ocp>.<area>.zip should be defined as >optional< and
> xs:string<.

Up to now it is defined as required, rail:tPositiveCounter. Therefore,
there is no possibility to express that one does not know the ZIP code.
Since the attribute is required it cannot be skipped. Since it is
rail:tPositiveCounter it cannot be left zero.

Additionally, it should be defined as xs:string because there may be
characters in a ZIP code (as in UK).

Da der Typ rail:tPositiveCounter ist und nicht xs:integer, kann 0 nicht
angegeben werden. Da das Attribut nicht optional ist, kann es nicht
weggelassen werden. Es gibt also keine Möglichkeit, auszudrücken, dass man
die PLZ nicht kennt. Das Weglassen von <area> ist keine Option, wenn der
Gemeindename in name angegeben werden soll. Im Übrigen sollte der Typ
xs:string werden, da z. B. in Großbritannien die PLZ Buchstaben enthalten.
