I'd first mention that the modelling above is for railML 3.2. In railML 3.3, the crew dependency, together with the trip dependency, was remodelled as operational connections.[1]

Still, in both cases, it is possible to have crew dependencies between trains stopping at different stations. The reference is always to a train and its base itinerary point.[2] These base itinerary points could refer to different operational points[3] in each train.

However, this is not a crew rostering. It is only modelling the effects of some external crew rostering onto the timetable.
