Dear All,

Mr Tanner suggested streamlining Template:InheritIdName that is included in bunches of Elements.

We have seized most parts of his text proposal and changed the template as can be seen under https://wiki.railml.org/index.php?title=Template:InheritIdNa me&oldid=8468
