Dear all,
it seems to me that this proposed "UIC train transport id" corresponds
exactly to the tafTapTsiTrainID
( https://wiki.railml.org/index.php?title=TT:tafTapTsiTrainID_ train) that
we introduced in railML with version 2.3.
