Dear all,

Our client would like to transfer additional data for switches via railML 3:
- ratio, e.g. 1:7, 1:8.21, 1:9, 1:11.3, ...
- rail weight

We propose to add new attributes to <switchIS> or <switchIS>/<left/rightBranch>
