With reference to posting #3841 "ISO RailDax TSI Telematics (TAF/TAP) mapping"
Telematics LocationSubsidiaryTypeCode defines a type not available in railML3.3:
6 - Public Loading Places:
Is a type of physical location on the open access network where consignor or consignee can load or unload wagons.
7 - Private Loading Places:
Is a type of physical location outside the open access network where consignor or consignee can load or unload wagons.
Does anybody have a UC requirement for this? I would assume that his is an important information for the NEST UC?
Would this be something only relevant for operational points with trafficType="freight" and operationalType="siding" (like
in TAF/TAP) or any traffic type and operational type? So maybe a modelling with a boolean value opOperations@isOpenAccess=true/false?
Or would the existing operationalPoint/infrastructureManagerRef@ref suffice? Assuming all of the the infrastructure managers operationalPoints are either open access or closed to other competitors and you would have access to this information.
