Dear Community,

As already mentioned in the last TT dev meeting, we would like to complement our railML timetable export with capacity allocations.

Capacity allocations are business objects that represent the request for allocating certain tracks or parts of tracks in a station or a yard. Contrary to temporary restrictions as defined in the POMA use case, this capacity is to be used for regular operations, usually stabling or servicing of rollingstock.

Since railML 3 is currently lacking support for such objects, we would define them in a custom extension for our railML 3.2 timetable export, and propose to add them to version 3.4 of the railML standard.

Best regards

David

Hi David,

seems I forgot to reply to your post. We did however already discussed this in the developer group and added it to the list of use cases for 3.4.

Best regards, Milan
