Dear all,

in IL schema we have the possibility to define "RouteRelations", i.e. a particular element (switch, signal track etc)
with a specific status/position. Such relation can be referred from a route by <additionalRelation> in order to give
additional conditions for a route or to detail a route in the style of a tabular interlocking. The latter shall also
contain information of the usage related to the route.

The new attribute "usage" shall be added to the element <additionalRelation> as a defined relation might be used in
different ways but in a particular one in a specific route.

The attribute shall be mandatory and an extendable enumeration with following values:
- inRunningPath - e.g. a derailer or an avalanche detector in the running path of a route
- inFlankProtection - e.g. a switch, signal or track required for flank protection
- inOverlapProtection - e.g. similar as flank protection for the running path but for the overlap, shall be referred
from an overlap element

What is your opinion on this new attribute? Are there other usages you will need?
