Hello,
for ETCS purposes we need the following additional track elements:

|
| |---- LevelChange
| |

| |
|---- ETCSBorderChange ---|---- Adhesion
|
|---- RadioInfillArea
|
|---- Reversing
|
|---- TrackAheadFree



The above described new track elements are classified into two parts.
TrackConditions represents common conditions for track elements.
ETCSBorderChanges represent special ETCS requirements.
