Dear railML-community,

The element <trackInfo> under <stopDescription> allows the specification of several different tracks and platforms for different operating days by referring to an operatingPeriodRef.
For UC TT simulation purposes, we need to be able to specify alternative tracks and platforms having the same operating period but then distinguished by an attribute to specify the order of priority of the track and platform designation. An example could be that a train is normally to use track 10, but can use track 9 if track 10 is somehow not available, e.g. due to a delay. In this case, track 10 would be specified with rank 1 and track 9 with rank 2.
Also, we would like to include a trackRef in the element, so that tracks can also be referenced by ID.

What does the community think? Would that be helpful to other railML-users too?

Best regards,

Torben Brand on behalf of Jernbanedirektoratet
