Dear all,
for the update of use case "Schematic Track Plan" we are discussing about a more detailed switch and crossing modelling. In particular, we want to know whether there is a need to model the switch inclination, which is defined as the tangent of the frog angle. The switch inclination directly affects the allowed speed for passing the switch branch.
Dear community, do you have a need to explicitly model the inclination of the switch or the crossing?
In case that there is a need for it: do you prefer modelling the tangent of the frog angle or the crossing angle instead?
Any feedback is highly appreciated...
Best regards
Christian
