Dear all,

I received the request to have the references to TvdSection consistently named.
Currently there are
"hasTvdSection" in MovableElement, Overlap and Route
"relatedToTvdSection" in LevelCrossingIL and KeyLockIL.
"containsTvdSection" in PartialRoute (RouteReleaseGroupAhead, RouteReleaseGroupRear)

=> It will be "hasTVDSection" on all the above occurences.

Beside this the following will remain:
"lastOwnTvdSection" and "firstRemoteTvdSection" in InterlockingInterface
