Hello friends of RailML,

is there a way to define the orientation of a formation somewhere along
the train course? We can define the changes of direction, but this still
leaves open how the formation is oriented at the beginning of the
course. An attribute "orientationAtTrainPartStart" at the trainPartRef
would help.

Best regards

Andreas Tanner.

Hi Andreas,

as discussed on 19.3.2012, we are planning to introduce a new attribute
"orientationReversed" for this purpose with version 2.2.

Best regards,
