Hello,

in trac ticket [1] Susanne proposed to add GeoCoord objects directly to
trackBegin and trackEnd. So far, geo-referencing of a track node was
only possible by using track element objects such as geoMapping or by
using the switch's geoCoord element.

With railML 2.2 this will change. Therefore, the geoCoord element has
been added in type "tTrackNode".
