It seems some operational point attributes are missing in railML3.3 that were present in railML2.5 that are required for LTST, SCTP and NEST UC (amongst others). These are:
- Uptime [1]
- remoteControlled [2]
- simultaneousEntry [2]

If this seems to be true, I would suggest to implement them in railML3.4 under opOperation similar as in railML2. The reason beeing its more operations centered than controller centered. [3]

Dear Torben,

as discussed in the last SCTP/NEST working group meeting, let me comment on the first topic ("uptime"):

Instead of missing <uptime> element, in railML 3.4 please use the //operationalPoint/elementState/@value="operational" together with //operationalPoint/elementState/validity/* to define the times when the operational point is open/operational.

For the other two topics, lets open dedicated forum threads to discuss further.

Best regards
Christian
