Dear all

railML 3.3 infrastructure subschema has following elements functionalInfrastructure/operationalPoint and functionalInfrastructure/serviceSection.

railML.org would like to ask you the following questions:

1) Are there situations in your country where there is a service section outside of operational point?

2) Do you have data scenarios when there is service sections available with no data about operational points?

As agreed in working group NEST/SCTP meeting I'll post this here for visibility to the rest of the forum.

There are a few serviceSections in Sweden with allowsRollingstockLoading == True that exists on a line between operational points on Trafikverket owned/managed tracks.

These might be old loading ramps no longer in actual use, but they are still standing there and someone at Trafikverket might still find that information relevant. They might also still be in use but I doubt it due to them being located in "middle of nowhere".
