Dear all,

in Gitlab ticket #163 [1] we stated that the topic of balise telegrams shall be "re-evaluated and aligned with the user needs". Looking at what we have already done with the balise and baliseGroup elements (e.g. #550, #536, #534, #498, #366), I am wondering if there is still anything missing for railML 3.3 from your application's perspective. If so, please reply and comment here asap.

Thank you very much and best regards
Christian
