The Traffic Management System (TMS) is a flexible and modern solution for managing the whole national railway traffic in Norway.

The TMS is a cloud-based solution, servers are necessary, which are operated in two Central Computing Facility (CCF) locations.

Sufficiently high number of operator places can be connected to the cloud-server. Each operator place can be used with different roles to manage the whole railway infrastructure and railway traffic for a certain area up to the whole country. The TMS includes an interface for reading the time table. This is triggered by a cron job on daily basis but can also be triggered manually. After the successful import the result can be seen as a table on a specific widget of a client PC. This table can also be exported for further analysis using a developer access (not possible on productive cloud server).
