Dear RailML-users and -followers,

The 2.1 version of the railML® schemes may published after long and intense work of RailML's coordinators now. The release candidate of railML® 2.1 is available at http://www.railml.org/schemas/versions/railML-2.1-RC1.zip from now. We ask all of our railML® partner for immediate review. Bugs shall be reported to the responsible railML®-forum, but there is no possibility of extensions or changes in this state of the development process.

The release to the web of version 2.1 is planned by 30. June 2011 at www.railml.org, so developers may start the integration into their tools and the use from mid-year 2011. An extended HTML-documentation will help during the implementation process.
