Transport Certification Center (OCT - Ośrodek Certyfikacji Transportu) at the Faculty of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology is an organizational unit at the Faculty of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology, established by the order of the Rector of the Warsaw University of Technology on 16 February 2015. The headquarter of OCT is located at the Faculty of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology.

OCT is a notified body in the scope of Directive 2016/797 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community (NB 2856).

OCT has the consent of the President of the Office of Rail Transport to issue type conformity certificates and type conformity certificates as well as the accreditation of the product certification body. OCT is an assessment body - competent to issue assessment body reports on the safety assessment. The Transport Certification Center is also the coordinator of the ERTMS/ETCS and GSM-R system compatibility tests (ESC and RSC tests).

OCT makes intensive use of digital technogies in its operations and is researching their application in the railway area and their standardisation.
