railML version 2.3 published

As part of the 29th railML conference which took place in the headquarter of HaCon Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH in Hanover on the 10th of March, 2016, the railML version 2.3 was published.
railML 2.3 includes six new enhancements from the field of timetable. Among others a unique train identification and additional attributes from TAP TSI were developed and integrated. Furthermore the definition of the element eAnnotation was corrected and the @operator for trainPart was declared as deprecated.
In the field of infrastructure eight enhancements were integrated. For example a new attribute for crossed river/street/etc. was added and the referencing of a TAP TSI relevant name of an operational point was updated. Moreover railML.org took care of the compatibility with UIC´s and ERA´s register regarding infrastructure manager.
