NEAT is an independent, privately held engineering company, providing HW&SW Intellectual Properties under licenses and highly-specialised engineering services, for mission- and safety-critical applications to clients who play a major role in railway, avionics, and aerospace markets.
NEAT provides its own complete HW/SW SIL4 assessed IPs (documentation package, OS, VHDL, Reference Design), GeminiX and GRIO, enabling the implementation of mission and safety critical and/or high reliability embedded applications. In addition, NEAT provides the SIL4 PVS Library GP and the RaSTA Library for safe communication. Moreover, NEAT provides a full RBC GP.

Finally, NEAT has developed a SW Suite, Horizon, a collection of powerful and versatile graphical tools with a modular and expandable architecture that simplify and boost the railway signalling systems modelling, such as Railway Objects Designing and Management, Track-Editing and Layout Definition, Trackside Data Preparation, Simulation Environment and Control Testing Facilities, Interoperability (also leveraging on railML® import/export), Run-time Operation Visualization.
