Details:

FBS is a programme for railway conception, which has been developed since 1993. Naturally, it combines the opportunities of today's computer technology with scientific calculations and the knowledge of everyday railway operation. FBS represents an efficient tool with regard to creating timetables and utilization of obtained data. Apart from eliminating the practice of creating graphic timetables manually, FBS also makes the manual adoption of timetable data into the building process, which one may still encounter today, unnecessary. Likewise, the danger of transmission errors or non-current data because of interminable tuning processes is a thing of the past.

FBS transfers science to everyday life. Complex formulas and methods of run time calculation, which have solely been used in railway research so far, can now be applied to the planning process.

So the use of graphics, universal adoption of many data processors, integration of almost all railway-related planning processes covering the assessment of infrastructure and the data transfer to passenger information systems – the diverse opportunities of FBS convinces already many customers domestic and abroad.
