48th railML Conference

The 48^th railML Conference will be held in hybrid format with the invitation of the Spanish Infrastructure manager Adif in the Adif training center at Paseo de las Delicias, 61, Madrid on the 5^th of November, 2025 from 8:30 to 16:00 CET.

This key event for the rail data exchange community will bring together professionals, experts and stakeholders to discuss the latest advancements and applications of railML^® standards.

Key points of the conference are as follows:

• Launch of railML® 3.4 Beta 2 and roadmap for final version
• Presentation of extended and new use cases for railML 3.4
• Best practice reports from partners on railML implementation
• State of work regarding consolidation of lightrail data (railML partner project IDX4rail)

The participation at the conference is free of charge, thanks to railML partner Adif. Nevertheless, registration is mandatory in order to participate. As railML.org is focused on B2B collaboration, please note that only registrations with a valid business email will be accepted.

Registration will close on October 31^st, 2025 (EOB) or when all available seats are taken. Participants from companies with associated or strategic partnership will be given preference when allocating remaining places.

During this event, photos and videos will be taken. They will be used for documentation purposes and our public relations work. By registering, you declare your consent.
