Hello,

in file "physicalUnits.xsd" basic type "tFrequency" isn't restricted to
some type with physical unit.

My proposal:

<xsd:simpleType name="tFrequencyHertz">
<xsd:restriction base="tFrequency" />
</xsd:simpleType>

If nobody disagrees, I would implement it in next release.

This case, other schema coordinators have to search for usage in their
schemas instead of current type "tFrequency".
