Dear railML users,

with railML 2.2 we reorganize the direction attribute "dir" (see [1]).
Depending on the specified element using the direction attribute,
different values are possible:

- in <speedChange>, <radiusChange> and <gradientChange> only the values
"up" and "down" make sense. Therefore, the new type tStrictDirection
with the possible values "up" and "down" is used.

- in <levelCrossing> the strict direction is extended by the possible
value "unknown". The resulting new direction type has been named
tDelimitedDirection.

- in <crossSection> the direction attribute has been marked as
DEPRECATED, because we could not find an application for it (Please
contradict if I am wrong!).
