Dear Christian,

there is one small change necessary with RailML 2.2:

The attribute <ocp>.<area>.zip should be defined as >optional< and
> xs:string<.

Up to now it is defined as required, rail:tPositiveCounter. Therefore,
there is no possibility to express that one does not know the ZIP code.
Since the attribute is required it cannot be skipped. Since it is
rail:tPositiveCounter it cannot be left zero.

Additionally, it should be defined as xs:string because there may be
characters in a ZIP code (as in UK).

Thanks and best regards,
Dirk.

For the upcoming railML 2.2 I set the attribute <ocp>.<area>.zip from
'required' to 'optional' and its type from 'rail:tPositiveCounter' to
'xs:string' (see [1]).
