Dear RailML-Users,

at the last meeting in Karlsruhe there has been a discussion about a data
exchange with as less infrastructure data as possible caused by tools which
normally handle only the commercial informations but not the operational
data.

So it is possible to create a RailML-file which includes only the
operationControlPoints in the infrastructure so that a reference can be done
to them from trainParts ocpsTT-list. The ocpTT information about the next
sectionTT is also only optional so that all the informations about the used
tracks and speed changes and so on can be kept away if they can not be
delivered buy the tools.

It might become difficult to bring such a file into other tools, but it is a
possible way to exchange run times between different tools via RailML.

Best regards.

Carsten
