Hello,

while I was trying to add some information to the Wiki, I discovered
that there is one common documentation page for the elements rs:places
(vehicle/wagon/passenger) and tt:places
(trainPart/formationTT/passengerUsage). In my opinion each of these
elements should have its own page, because:

- tt:places has an additional attribute 'reservation', which is yet not
mentioned
- both elements are used in a different context
- the given example refers only to rs:places

Since I assume that the splitting of this page is a major change, I
wanted to ask the forum and the scheme coordinators in advance whether
you agree with my suggestion.

Best regards
Christian Rößiger
