Relation multiplicity AssociatedNetElement to PositionedNetElement
https://www.railml.org/forum/index.php?t=rview&goto=1419&th=470#msg_1419
LinearLocations and AreaLocations both comprise one or more AssociatedNetElements to refer to the network. Each of those AssociatedNetElements refers to one or more PositionedNetElements.
But look at the AssociatedNetElement's parameters intrincicCoordBegin, intrinsicCoordEnd (both in the [0,1] interval) and keepsOrientation (boolean). How should the intrinsic coordinate refer to several PositionedNetElements? How can one AssociateNetElement keep the orientation of, say, two PositionedNetElements oriented reversely to each other?
The positioning works perfectly well if each AssociatedNetElement has one and only one PositionedNetElement. What is the intention of more than one?
Are the several PositionedNetElements belonging to distinct levels? Needs some explanation.
Best regards,

thank you for your analysis, and contribution to improve the quality of RTM model
on behalf of Gilles Dessagne,
This is effectively an error in the current version of model.
The cardinality toward PositionningNetElement should be 1 and not 1..*.
The correction is under work.
